General Ticketing & Reservation

You can obtain a ticket by searching for an event and buy/reserve from the CardsPal app.

Simply select the event ticket you wish to purchase and click “Buy Now” or “Register Now” to make your purchase.

Yes, you will need to create an account on CardsPal as your account details will be tagged to tickets purchased and/or reservations made. Once tickets purchase and/or reservations have been successfully processed, you will be able access the tickets/reservation under “My deals”.

You have 20 minutes to complete your purchase/reservation. If the payment is not completed after 20 minutes, your transaction will be cancelled.

We are currently working to build this functionality. Meanwhile, you can save the event in your phone by using the “Share” button to retrieve the link to the event page.

Each event is open to different countries. If you are overseas and are not able to purchase a ticket, please email us at support@cardspal.com.

You can purchase up to a maximum of 9 tickets in a single transaction, however, this number may vary across events.

Admission rules may vary for each event. Please refer to the respective event details page for admission requirements. Unless specifically stated, infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted.

Transfer and/or resale of event tickets are strictly prohibited under our terms of use. Any tickets purchased through third-party platforms are at buyer’s own risk and discretion.

My Purchased Ticket

All tickets purchased and event reservations will be listed under the “Active” tab in the “My Deals” page.

No, you don’t have to print your tickets. Simply present the QR code on your e-ticket to be scanned by the event organiser for entry. However, if you would like print your tickets, you can save the ticket as an image and print the image thereafter. Alternatively, PDF of your tickets will be emailed to you, along with the booking confirmation.

Yes, you can do so by saving the ticket code as an image. Do ensure your ticket details are not leaked as you may risk being denied entry.

You can find your purchased tickets under the “Active” tab, on “My Deals” page.

Please note that tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, and any tickets issued cannot be exchanged for cash. Any requests for cancellations or refunds shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of CardsPal and/or the Event Organiser’s. CardsPal’s decision on this shall be final.

For reservations, you may retrieve your reservation under the “Active” tab on “My Deals” page. Tap on “Click to cancel your reservation”, confirm your choice and your reservation will be removed on CardsPal permanently.

Cancellation or postponement of events is at the sole discretion of event organisers. In such cases, please reach out to the respective event organisers for more information and/or support.

If you’ve purchased tickets, please note that all ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded. For event reservation, kindly amend your availability prior to the event (subjected to event guideline).

For events that require prior check-in, you can check-in by tapping on the “Check-in for event” button.

Ticket Payment & Transactions

You will not be charged any additional fees when buying a ticket. All charges are listed in the price breakdown before you make payment for your purchase.

There are 4 ways to check if your transaction has been successful:
1. You will see a pop-up indicating “Payment successful!” or “Reservation successful” upon making a successful purchase/reservation.
2. Your purchase/reservation will be listed in the payment history. Go to Profile > Payment & Transactions > My transactions
3. A receipt/booking confirmation will be sent to the email address registered on CardsPal within 1 working day.
4. You will see the ticket under the “Active” tab in the “My Deals” page.

There are a few reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

1. Please ensure the expiry date and CVC that you have entered are correct.

2. The card issuer has the rights to decline your transaction. Please contact your card issuer for assistance.

3. The tickets have been sold out.

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Stripe, our payment service provider, who uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
