CardsPal’s Gamification Programme Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Gamification Programme by CardsPal Pte Ltd (“us”, “our” or “we”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the CardsPal Terms of Use (https://cardspal.com/terms-of-use/) and the CardsPal Privacy Policy (https://cardspal.com/privacy-policy/). These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.

  • Users of the CardsPal app (“Users”) can complete specific missions to earn a pre-determined number of coins. CardsPal may revise missions and awards at any time at CardsPal’s sole discretion.

 

  • CardsPal may at any time at CardsPal’s sole discretion communicate instructions to Users on the use of and/or exchange of the coins to the Users in the app, via electronic communications (such as electronic direct mailers, Telegram) and/or social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram).

 

  • CardsPal may modify features of the Gamification Programme(including but not limited to the nature of the daily check-ins, missions and number of coins awarded for each day and mission) and terms and conditions without prior notice at CardsPal’s sole discretion.

 

  • CardsPal may modify, withdraw or discontinue the Gamification Programme at any time without notice or liability to any party.

 

  • CardsPal has sole discretion to determine any User’s right to receive coin(s).

 

  • Users acknowledge and accept that there may be instances where the issuance of coins could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances due to technical issues or other issues beyond CardsPal’s control.

 

  • Each User is solely responsible for any and all activities which occur under each User’s account.

 

  • CardsPal reserves the right to block a User’s access to his/her account and/or take any action CardsPal deems fit at CardsPal’s sole discretion for the purposes of investigation if CardsPal suspects any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any suspicious activity or if CardsPal suspects a User’s account has been compromised.

 

  • CardsPal may suspend,  remove, or take any action CardsPal deems fit against Users from access to his/her account(s) for any reason. CardsPal is not required to disclose reasons for suspension, removal, or any action taken to Users.

 

  • These terms and conditions may be revised at any time at CardsPal’s sole discretion.

Updates to this Policy

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and amendments take effect from the date of revision. You are advised to visit this site regularly to check for any amendments. These terms and conditions was last updated on 13 September 2021.
