What you need to know

  • All RydeCoins have an expiry of 6 months from the date of the last transaction.
    Ryde reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the riders.
  • Purchased vouchers can be redeemed on Ryde app until <31st March 2023>.
  • User must be using the latest version of the CardsPal app and signed up for an account to make the purchase.
  • All purchased vouchers are valid only within Singapore.
  • All purchased voucher’s value is equivalent to the Singapore currency as showcased on the purchased voucher.
  • RydeCoins redemption is only valid for all Ryde Services except RydeTAXI.
  • Purchased vouchers are only available to redeem on Ryde app.
  • Each voucher code can only be redeemed once.
  • Do not click on the Mark as redeemed button until you have redeemed the voucher code. Vouchers marked redeemed will not be valid.
  • The purchased voucher is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • There will be no extensions of expired vouchers.
  • Any unused value from the voucher will not be refunded.
  • There will be no replacement for any stolen, lost or damaged vouchers.
