The Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of a start-up team building an innovative platform and app leveraging data, analytics to drive the business. This is a rare opportunity for a self-driven, strong entrepreneurial spirit, start-up minded, solid and passionate digital marketer/growth hacker to join and contribute to a venture.

  • To develop, maintain and manage strategic partnerships with retail merchants, fintech companies, banks, card payment organizations and related industries for business development.
  • To drive acquisition for CardsPals for Business
  • To set up and grow the business, market research, business model creation, financial forecast, schedule creation, business setup and business growth
  • Manage KPIs, forecasts and exceed targets
  • Being proactive and creative in business development
  • Juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment

 

 Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience within fintech, payment and/or retail businesses
  • Possess an existing network of clients within banking, finance and/or card payment organizations
  • An impressive track record in sales.
  • Can work with deadlines and possess a strong ability of driving and owning the entire sales cycle
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Self starter and meticulous
  • A Bachelors degree or MBA
