The Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the part of a start-up team building an innovative platform and app while leveraging on data, analytics to drive the business. This is a rare opportunity for a self-driven, strong entrepreneurial spirit, start-up minded, solid and passionate business development associate to join and contribute to a venture. 

  • Attend merchants and partners campaign brief
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing merchants and partners assigned through regular contact via phone, email or face to face meeting
  • Day-to-day management of merchants and partner’s campaign
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver task necessary merchants and partners campaigns
  • Facilitate and support head of sales/partnership to update leads in CRM (i.e. Freshworks) promptly to enable data analysis and optimisation. 
  • Review and raise initiatives to improve merchants and partners campaign performance
  • Generate reports for merchants and partners campaigns

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year(s) of account management experience in a digital marketing/ advertising/ creative agency is strongly preferred
  • Needs to be comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth
  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills
  • Possess great problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good with data, able to generate insights from the data to assist business to sense and capture business opportunity 
  • Self-starter, willing to learn, going above and beyond to get things done with entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Agile, good communicator, proactive, user-centric, challenge status quo, deliver quicker and faster, integrity
  • Required to understand the digital marketing channels and also have hands-on experience on the backend platforms
