5 Cafes Ideal For Your Meetings And Work

#WFH has become the new normal for most of us. As the lines between home and office blur, we sometimes forget to take a breather or simply lack the inspiration for our work. Thankfully, there’s a simple solution to this – a change of environment can allow your mind to get the refresher it needs (with or without a little bit of caffeine). This means more efficiency and productivity! #goals

We’ve interviewed avid cafe hoppers in our team to recommend you these conducive cafes that are ideal for meetings and work.

Nestled at the heart of Singapore’s biggest startup ecosystem lies a 2-storey Starbucks outlet which few venture to in the mid-afternoon. Looking for a cafe to meet with investors, potential partners or just wanting a space for some quiet thinking? This is your go-to.

Own a Standard Chartered credit card? Good news! You’re entitled to $2 off with a min. purchase or reload of $20 into your Starbucks gift card. That’s a 10% discount, definitely a steal.

Personally, I like the book cafe at Martin Road. Why? Simply because they accept seat hoarders. They are cool with you taking up a seat with a drink and a meal. They let you use their electricity and wifi with no judgement. I like them. That’s a deal on its own, non-judgemental, nice service staff who let you enjoy the cafe’s resources undisturbed. 10/10 recommend.

Address: 20 Martin Rd, #01-02 Seng Kee Building, Singapore 239070

Fond of the roads less travelled? Here’s one for you. Despite being centrally located in the heart of the city, few visit Somerset’s hidden gem at Pan Pac Serviced Suites. While it’s located in Singapore’s prime real estate, it isn’t too packed with people, making it the perfect work-from-outside-of-home location.

Still not convinced? As an HSBC credit cardholder, you’ll get access to the Entertainer’s app for 1-for-1 deals. Twice the food at the same price. Don’t wait, grab a colleague and go now.
